Media library
The library of images and videos you show on your screens.
The media library holds your organization’s images and videos. You upload your files, Pixlova checks them and prepares them for your screens, and you then use them in your creations, playlists and programs.
To open it, choose Content then Media in the app menu, or go to app.pixlova.com/library.
What you will find there
- The Media tab: your files, organized in folders, with search and filters.
- The Trash tab: deleted media files, which you can restore or delete permanently.
- The Storage gauge: the space used compared with the space included in your plan.
Media files are shared across the whole organization: every site and every user sees the same library.
Who can do what
Every member of the organization can browse the library. To upload, organize, rename or delete media files, your role must allow you to manage content (for example Owner, Administrator or Content manager). Otherwise, the page shows: “Your role lets you browse the library, not add files to it.”
