Getting started
Create your Pixlova account, connect your first screen and find your way around the application.
Pixlova lets you show images, videos and creations on your screens, and decide when each one plays. Everything is managed from the Pixlova application at app.pixlova.com, from a computer, a tablet or a phone.
How Pixlova works
- The application (app.pixlova.com) is where you prepare your content, schedule it and follow your screens.
- The Player is the software that shows your content on the screen. It runs in a web browser (smart TV, tablet, computer) or as an application installed on the device plugged into the screen.
- Your organization brings together your sites, screens, content and team. Each screen belongs to a site: a shop, a branch, a reception area…
Your first steps
- Create your account. Enter your email address on app.pixlova.com: there is no password, you receive a code by email. Then fill in your name and create your organization. See Create your account.
- Connect a screen. Open the Player on the screen: it shows a code. Type this code in the application, on the setup page. See Set up a screen.
- Choose what to show. Drop an image or a video on the setup page, or pick content already in Pixlova.
- Go live. One click and your content plays on the screen, all the time, until you schedule something else.
The setup page takes you through steps 2 to 4 on a single page, in a few minutes. Once your first screen is live, you can go further: create visuals from templates, build playlists and schedule different content by time of day. See From a media file to the screen.
Free plan
When you create your organization, you can start on the free plan and change plan later from the application. See Plans and billing.
