Plans and billing
Pixlova plans, tracking your subscription, changing plans, invoices and cancellation.
Each Pixlova organization has a plan: Free, Basic or Pro. The plan sets, among other things, the number of active screens, users and sites, as well as the storage space. Every new organization starts on the Free plan.
The subscription is managed in Settings › Subscription (app.pixlova.com/billing). Your plan’s name also appears next to the Pixlova logo at the top of the application.
Plans
Free, Basic and Pro: limits, storage and included features.
Subscribe and change plans
Move to a paid plan, add screens, change plans and pay.
Invoices and cancellation
Download your invoices, manage the payment method, go back to the Free plan.
Who can manage the subscription
| Action | Roles |
|---|---|
| View the subscription | Owner, Administrator, Billing manager |
| Subscribe, change plans, cancel, access invoices | Owner, Billing manager |
The Billing manager role lets you hand billing over to someone (an accountant, for example) without giving them any other rights. Roles are described in the Organization section.
Read the Subscription page
The main box shows your plan’s name and its state:
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Free plan | No paid subscription in progress. |
| Active subscription | Your subscription is paid up. |
| Payment awaiting confirmation | The first payment is not confirmed yet. |
| Payment overdue: entitlements kept during the grace period | A payment failed; you keep your plan until the end of the grace period shown. |
| Payment not settled: reduced entitlements, data kept | The overdue payment was not settled; the Free plan’s limits apply to new actions, but nothing is deleted. |
It also shows the next renewal (or the end date if the subscription is stopping) and your usage: active screens, users, active sites and storage.
If the Pixlova team has offered you a plan or extra screens, an Offered by the Pixlova team box says so, with the end date if there is one.
