What the Free, Basic and Pro plans include, and what happens when a limit is reached.
Pixlova offers three plans: Free, Basic and Pro. The up-to-date details of each plan (included screens, users, storage) and its prices are shown on the application’s Choose your plan page (app.pixlova.com/upgrade) and on the Pixlova website.

Free
The Free plan lets you discover Pixlova with one screen and one person: image and video library, composition editor, playlists and programs, native player or Web Player.
Basic
The Basic plan suits a single location. It adds ready-to-fill templates and AI assistants, and lets you invite several users. With a single site, secondary users have access to the whole organization.
Pro
The Pro plan is made for several locations. It lets you create several sites and give each secondary user access to the whole organization or only to some sites. See the Organization section.
In the application menu, a star marks features reserved for the Basic and Pro plans.
Storage
Storage is the space taken up by your media (images and videos) in the library:

Your current usage is shown in Settings › Subscription, on the Storage line. If you need more space, contact Pixlova: extra storage can be granted to your organization on request.
Extra screens
On paid plans, you can add screens beyond those included, when you subscribe or later by changing your subscription. See Subscribe and change plans.
The Subscription page details your screens: active out of the total available, with the number of included, extra and possibly offered screens.
When a limit is reached
Pixlova never deletes anything because a limit is exceeded. Only additions are blocked:
- Screens: if you have more active screens than licenses, a message says so. Nothing is deleted or turned off, but no new screen can be activated. Deactivate screens or upgrade your plan.
- Storage: beyond the quota, you can no longer upload new media; existing media remain available.
- Users: beyond the limit, you can no longer invite new people.
Prices
Prices are shown excluding VAT on the Choose your plan page, with monthly billing (and yearly billing when offered). If the page says the prices are indicative, they may change.
