Emails from Pixlova

The automatic emails Pixlova can send you, who receives them and in which language.

Pixlova sends its automatic emails from its noreply address: replies to these emails are not read. They are written in the language of the recipient’s account (French or English), which you choose in My account. Invitations are written in the language of the person who sends them.

Automatic emails end with a reminder: if you did not make the request, ignore the message.

Sign-in code

Subject: “Your pixlova sign-in code: 123456”

Sent each time you request to sign in. It contains:

  • the 6-digit code to type on the sign-in page you left open;
  • from your second sign-in onwards, a link to open on the device where you requested to sign in.

The code and the link are valid for the time stated in the email, can be used only once and only work in the browser where sign-in was requested. Never share them. See Sign in.

If you receive this email without having requested anything, ignore it: no one can sign in to your account or open an account with your address without this code.

Confirmation code

Subject: “pixlova confirmation code: 123456”

Sent when a sensitive action on your account needs to be confirmed, for example turning two-factor authentication on or off. Type the code in the Confirm it’s you window. See Sign in.

Invitation

Subject: “Invitation to join Organization name on pixlova”

Sent when a member of an organization invites you. It states the role offered and contains the link to accept the invitation. See Accept an invitation.

Two-factor authentication turned on or off

Subject: “Two-factor authentication enabled on your pixlova account” or “Two-factor authentication disabled on your pixlova account”

Sent each time two-factor authentication is turned on or off on your account. If this was not you, contact support. See Two-factor authentication.

Incident alerts

Subject: for example “[pixlova] Incident opened: Player offline — Screen name”

Sent to members who can configure the screens when an incident opens on a screen or a Player, when it is still open, and when it is resolved. The email states the organization, the problem, the affected screen or Player, when it started, and a link to the details. You can unsubscribe in the monitoring preferences. See Monitoring.

Messages from the Pixlova team

The Pixlova team may also write to you, from the same noreply address, about your account or the service.
