My account

Change your name and interface language, manage two-factor authentication and sign out your other sessions.

The My account page brings together your personal settings. They apply to your account in every organization you belong to.

To open it, click the person icon at the top right, then My account and settings. On a computer, you can also click Settings at the bottom of the menu: My account is the first tab.

Your email address is shown under the page title.

Profile

The Profile card shows your Full name. Your name is shown to the members of your organizations and in the audit log.

  1. Change the name.
  2. Click Save. The message “Name saved.” confirms the change.

The card also reminds you that sign-in is passwordless: a link and a code are sent to you each time you sign in. See Sign in.

Preferences

The Preferences card lets you choose the Language of the interface: French or English. The change is saved as soon as you choose, and the whole application switches to the new language (“Language saved.”).

The language also determines the language of the emails Pixlova sends you. See Emails from Pixlova.

Time zone

Times used for scheduling depend on the time zone of your organization and its sites, not on your account. See Organization.

Two-factor authentication

The Two-factor authentication card lets you turn on or turn off two-factor authentication. See Two-factor authentication.

My organizations

The My organizations block lists the organizations you are a member of, with your role and the customer number of each.

To leave an organization, click Leave and confirm. You lose access to its screens and content right away; you will need a new invitation to come back. If you are an owner, the app may ask you to confirm your identity.

The last owner of an organization cannot leave it: first give the Owner role to someone else (see Team and roles).

Active sessions

The Active sessions table lists the browsers and devices where your account is signed in:

  • Device: the browser and system used, with the network address. Your current session is marked “(this session)”.
  • Last activity: the date and time of the last use.

To sign out a session, click Sign out on its row. To sign out all of them except the one you are using, click Sign out all other sessions.

A lost or shared device

If you lose a phone or signed in on a shared computer, use Sign out all other sessions. If you think someone else has access to your mailbox, also turn on two-factor authentication.

Pages always available

If an organization’s access is suspended or closed, My account remains available, so that you can manage your account or continue with another organization.
